obviously its been called different things and stuff but lets really get down to business here. weve been a dominant football program since the early 70s and won a lot of big games but the truth of the matter is weve been snubbed by the computers and writers and other people who vote for so long we havent gotten a chance to win a national championship. so... hypothetically speaking, how many fcs championships would we have won in our programs history if we had started out in fcs and never moved up to the big leagues? i hear a lot of talk around here about fcs championships and what they mean so ill give everyone a chance to chime in.

Well we would have to go off of history of your program in tournaments.

You've never won a Big 12 basketball tournament

You've never won a college baseball world series

You've never won a BCS game

You've never won march madness

It would definitely be a tossup. There is a whole lot more division 1 talent on the best high school teams, but the best FCS teams would have a lot more depth. The right coach could probably pull it off at the high school level.

how many wins do you need to get into the fcs bracket challenge thing? like 3? when was the last time we didnt have 3 wins, like never? there might be a few years where we sneak into the bracket and then just win the whole damn thing.

i guess i could start another thread about how many heisman equivalent winners we would have had but i dont know the name of the award these poors give out so i wont embarrass myself.
