seems average for a lower tier school like texas tech. you would never see dylan edwards level players choosing a stadium like that for their home turf though

$50 million a year, well under the lowest B12 schools (us and Iowa State) by over $30 million a year. They've got some folks making predictions that the new stadium will increase revenues by over $20 million by itself. I'm not sure.

The hottest relocation rumor is that they will be the next domino to fall and they have a choice of either the Pac 12 or Big 12. It makes perfect sense to me.

SDSU is really pushing hard for a PAC invite with commercials and full page newspaper ads, touting their winning record against PAC schools over the last 10 years. The new stadium will be leased out to a a few pro soccer teams and hold concerts.

The land purchase included an additional 86 acres for new 4600 market-rate and affordable student housing units and 95,000 sq ft of retail space , 400 hotel rooms, as well as some high tech office space.
