the chef guy is my old boss from iTAC on campus, he makes incredible burgers, sandwiches, etc.  not sure who you think he stole the menu from but he's been a talented chef for a long time.

That is nothing NDSU can control. Although KU did beat #15 Georgia Tech. So obviously NDSU was the 14th best team in the nation, because eff you thats why.
