Also, Phoenix is the closest comparison to Dallas. LA has no peers.

ha ha, I try to block my memories of that shithole from my mind as much as possible. I will say that the biggest difference between Phoenix and Dallas is that some people actually vacation in Phoenix, whereas no one in their right mind would take a vacation to Dallas.

Except for 50,000 K-State alums each and every time the Wild Wild Cats qualify for the Cotton Bowl and 100's of thousands of Okie and Texas rednecks each year that think Six Flags & Hurricane Harbor is the end all/be all of family vacations.
