Savoy and crossroads hotel are unique.
Any downtown KC Hotels worth staying in?
Crossroads hotel is the it spot.

QFT.  Across from Lulu's Thai noodle shop.

Booked! Thanks for the recommendos!

See you on the Percheron roof!  Their Italian place lazia isn't that great but the pizza place in the bar has had good reviews.

the roof is fun. get that cocktail with jalisco in the name. < mocat pro tip

Mini golf at the nelson (though you need to book like a week or two in advance for weekend nights).

Eat somewhere in the river market and streetcar down to crossroads and go to updown or whatever.

Drive in movie at boulevard.

this is specific for this night, this climate, this moment, not just any random night.

I'm doing fox and pearl (new loca) and this so you are in good hands here.

Speaking of good summer night ideas. Thursday night on extra virgin patio (cheap rose) might be the perfect one.

FYI Percheron closes at 11. I assume their residential neighbors paying 2.50 a square foot weren't too keen on any late night roof deck action.

what would be a fun date idea tonight in the big town?

you should each grab a 6 pack of goons from kin lin and a 12 pack of trulys from whole foods then swing by and watch ol' clams dominate faces in overwatch with my abusive elbows swinging down hard from the top turnbuckle

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.
