KC should absolutely sell their soul to amazon if that's what they ask for. Give them every incentive they could ever ask for to come here. Could be a game changer for the city/region

Is there a different thread detail the new Wacky homestead?  I saw you mention SMS, but are we talking east side or west side of Metcalf?
