10 years from now, instead of posting his grievances here, he will put them on facebook, and then we'll be able to copy/paste them into the appropriate thread

I'm honestly a pretty laid back guy. I think I just take out my frustrations on the board.  :dunno:

The commute in from Topeka is a breeze. Ts to those that don't have it so easy.

Did this for about 18 months, I once was pulled over for doing 110 in a 70 at 5:30 am. The officer threatened to ban me from the turnpike

Our infrastructure is ancient and sucks  - kcmo residents

Why is there so much fixing of our infrastructure  - also kcmo residents

smdh

not this.  bitching about poor planning by the city works dept doesn't equal bitching about finally fixing the infrastructure.  but like most slyin defenders, you're unable to see past any grievance against the city before your auto-defend mechanism kicks in and takes over your keyboard.

Haha wow. I had an undercover with visor lights race up to me on the 470 stretch to tell motion for me to slow down.

I generally don't go more than 8 over the speed limit.

It takes me 70 minutes to make it the 71 miles from home to the office. Supes easy.

Much less than I expected, like $400 or $500, I don't really remember. It was a quite a long time ago.

SWT resurfacing seemed super unnecessary
idk what the Broadway thing is, but it looked like it had to do with sewer/water service of some kind, so it was probably an unplanned emergency

There is a weird connection you are trying to make here that doesn't exist. Liking the mayor is not equal to thinking city services are running smoothly.  I've got more city beefs than most.

I hate road construction.  I just don't blame the mayor for it.

I also hated it when my neighbor's dog attacked the mailman and we didn't get mail for about 2 weeks.  And I don't blame the mayor for it.

It will be amazing to watch Main st, which is obviously at 100% capacity, somehow magically find room for new develooment
