i still can't believe they're putting those other new apartments next to southwest boulevard/i-35.   seems like the worst location ever

Basically wedged between I 35, broadway bridge, and train tracks. I mean, kc has plenty of land for development, why pick that parcel? Maybe in 15 years that makes sense, but there's at least 30 vacant lots within 1.5 miles of that location.

semi-elite.  they ship +$150 free and everything is online so it's ok i guess to have a brick and mortar.  better than a crap store like could have gone in.  7-8 years ago it would have been much eliter when they had nike store exclusives.
