Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Pretty good argument comparing new KCI to JFK and ORD. Do Heathrow next!!! Definitely a great comparison. You are good at this!

the point, for the obtuse, is that there are lines at airports, big and small, old and new.  especially during the busiest time of the day.  and the busiest day of the week.  deal with it.

Might run this comment by team "do nothing"... They want everyone to believe current KCI had no lines.. Don't fall out of line!

The question is: why are lines all of a sudden worse than normal.  The answer at many locations sounds like it is quantity of employees.  Building a new billion dollar airport just so we can roll a few employees short is stupid.

I mean, if the airports are having issues with customer satisfaction, maybe they just need to hire a few ppl back?

I already told you guys. Tsa expected way more people to sign up for pre check and downsized staff accordingly. Turns out barely a fraction of people signed up for it and now everyone is mumped while they try to train people which won't have any effect until end of summer.

KC lines are just random and has always happened.

For someone in Olathe-ish, what's the time and cost stats on using MHK instead of MCI?

Damn. Do they all drive to Cincinnati or something? You'd think they would have shorter lines since only the busiest airports+mci have security lines in the summer.

according to this site, mci's closest peer airports would be oakland, nashville, houston hobby, and austin

i really like what they've done with rdu
