i have to imagine that the streetcar driver who rammed a car that was obviously outside of the white line was told not to ram cars that are obviously outside the line. crazy world we live in.

the drivers certainly have discretion to apply the brakes. can't understand why he plowed that car. I doubt they have discretion to get the streetcar above the speed limit, tho.

i wonder why they haven't applied the breaks in the 3 examples in this thread? taters, wacky's, and car plow.
the city is going to learn a hard lesson with this toy train experiment. until these things get shut down, i'd avoid the area.

Lib^7 is going to change his tune when he's walking his dog on a nice easy going day and then "zoooooooom", a brush of death right before him and his dog. The train is out of control and all it can do is move faster past pedestrians.

No way. hell most of the time now one entrance and exit are coned off.
