k, i agree that $17m is much less than our other public financing on projects but it's still public financing, not sure what your convoluted point is here.

I believe I've been here for 6 months and they've still been trying to build a parking garage and additional condos around here. I guess it start last springs and it's not even close to finished. If you leave for lunch, you might as well tack on an additional 45 minutes of roaming around the parking lot, trying to find a random spot.  :curse:

Yeah, that's across the street from my work. That's where they're starting to make the construction guys park (on the grass), because there's been no room for us to park for awhile.

They were really close to being done with it in October. Then essentially had to start over bc half of it was done wrong. All the brick/siding had to come off. Windows re installed. Roof torn off. It's insane how bad the contractor mumped it up.

That's what I've heard. Our CEO told us they're about to put in a Children's Mercy office by here soon too, so I can only imagine how much worse it will get. I've just started to pack lunches.
