Tell me what this Alamo Draft House is about. I have something called a 'gift card' there and I need to know if I should use it.

It's pretty neat, AJ. Cheaper than AMC, but the same premise. You write what you want on a piece of paper and they bring it to you. Food is comparable to Applebee prices and they have a full stocked bar. $2.75 PBR's! :fatty:

Its a great theater. No kids. No talking or phone use or they will boot you. Good food. Good beer. Assigned seats. Funny clips prior to the previews that relate to the movie you are about to watch. Example... GI Joe movie showed old GI Joe cartoon and ads.

i really like Drafthouse. it's dine-in so you have a person waiting on you throughout the movie, so you can binge if you're in the mood.

Ms. Wacky and I snuck in wine and vodka last weekend for some reason. I don't know why we were being cheap, but it was pretty convenient. I just ordered my coke and I was good to go.

vodka is not to be mixed with a dark colored soda, not diet coke, not D to the effin P, not wild cherry pepsi.

complete lunatics
