raytown is cool because its not even trying to be something special. its comfortable in its own skin. North KC thinks its hot stuff but I disagree.

Raytown is a standard MO suburb.  Northland is Joco but in an area that uses more tobacco than something like all but 3 other states and raises all trucks at least 6" above stock height.

I worked up in the Northland and stayed with an ex up there quite a bit. Things that can be fun: Zona Rosa, Westin, MO....CASE CLOSED!

He is just posting something intentionally wrong to separate himself after outing himself as a northlander/ozark'er earlier ITT.

blue springs.
david cook grew up there.  if that's not reason enough to visit, blue springs is also home to the landahl mountain biking trails which are quite robust.
be careful out there though because there are a lot of ticks and copperheads on those trails.  my motto is safety first.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Northland is identical to Johnson County, in pretty much every way. I guess the Northland has a few more hills and trees (and Parkville is a pleasant small town when they don't run out of beer), but that's literally all that is different.

Note I have only visited each place, I would never live in either one.

Parkville is a mirage.   It's like the facades along 18th and vine, only for an entire suburb.

ave we talked about all the new signs downtown that says no parking from 7am-6pm? Like, these just popped up over the weekend and they're threatening to tow if you're on the side street. No one knows what's going on and they don't have a time frame of when the new signs (paper tied to trees) will come off.  :curse:

Seems like they would be easy to remove.
