@KCFDcat, how did you get financing? I'd love to learn about your basic business model. Did you devour the credit card thread and then max out 20 different cards? Have you saved up for 15 years and bought a shithole and then invested a bunch of sweat equity? I always love hearing how people get started in their own business ventures. Post any details here if you want!

We have an ownership group that invested 100% of the capital needed. We have $0 in debt financing. Total capital needed was just over $400,000. We did lease a super crappy building and put a lot of work into it.  Most of it was infrastructure (plumbing and electrical)  but we did some ourselves, like build a bar etc...

If you want to know more let me know, there's not a whole lot I'm not willing to share.
