sounds like maybe you just don't "get" the beauty of LC's. sad.
We had turkey, pork, beef, and ribs. They were ok, but none of them were anywhere near great. If the only thing worth eating is the burnt ends then I'd think that would have been important enough to note in the original recommendation.
Apparently someone thinks they are good though because there were signs on the highway directing you there. Probably people who haven't been to Wichita for BBQ.
