It is drier than your average 'izo so don't forget to load up on sauce. Also spicier than i expected.  It would be great with eggs.

I agree, it was more crispy than greasy. Pretty good but no barbacoa. It was 6.95 but the register girl thought the "C" was chicken so she rang it up as chicken for 6.50 :D

so chipotle stops with carnitas cause pork shortage and then starts up chorizo and charges more for it than other menu items? wow. good job chipotle. giving people a cheaper product to produce and simultaneously charging them more at the same time.

my goodness, looks like MHK has really rubbed off on KC

Where are they going to find the people to fill all those condos and appts, and where will they work?

DNR the link, but residential occupancy in the downtown loop is 98%. For the 300+ units in One Light Tower, mroe than 1,200 people placed there name on the list. That momentum led to a quick announcment of Two Light with plans underway for the third building. On top of that, there are numerous projects on the riverfront in development phases. There are a lot of people interested in living downtown...even many who don't work in the loop.
Please don't ban me, Mr. Dave.

Had chorizo chipotle. Pretty good. More burnt n chunky than I expected. Like they purposely charred it so it didn't crumble like ground beef. Good spice. Great mixed with chicken.

I did half chicken/half chorizo.

I really liked it.

The lines were nuts.  There were at least 40 people in line at one point.

Cool pic but I can't get down with the building naming theme of one/two/three light.  Better than One Live! I guess.

Why is there a potted tree on the roof?  Also, I bet it's very satisfying to take a dump up there and then walk out to that view.
