I will say the shwarma dish my dining partner got wasn't too awe inspiring but it was a weird choice anyways. The salad it came with was pretty delish.

Yeah, they've been around for awhile now. Pretty meh.
Their beer is good, taproom atmosphere is pretty bad, unless you're into weird German culture.

I've seen their dunkel around town quite a bit, seems to be their most popular beer. They're starting to distribute outside of kc way earlier than they expected, I think the demand for strictly German beer just isn't what they thought it would be.

We're planning to be open by Memorial day weekend, but that is still up in the air.

This is my biggest dream for downtown kc. Would completely change the dynamic of the city.
