Tell me more about this Social feller...
Big beer belly. Drunk off his ass 24/7. Probably in his early 40's, but still hangs with all the cool kids around the block (probably because he's their main supplier of drugs). Everyone loves him because he's such a goof. He hits on all of our friends every other weekend and never remembers them turning him down. He thinks he's meeting them for the first time. He really doesn't want anyone peeing in the pool tho, so you better watch yo self!

Yes. I thought right as when you're walking out of it. There's that little gap between the quaff and my building. I'm far left of the building on the ground level.  :peek:

I used to live in that building. I'm also at quaff every friday. OMG omg omg

Is the building that has the balconies between your building and the pizza hut part of the quality hill group of rentals?

edit...yes both of those are managed by them.

Also, OMG you guys! "Crap, I just ran out of booze and I don't wanna get in my car to go get some more!" :Wackyputsonshoesandwalkstothequaff: "Hey Anthony! I'll have the usual to go. How's it been going tonight?!" Anthony: "Real well! BTW, Happy Birthday yesterday. Here's a free drink coupon for the next time you're in. When do your cats play next?"

we looked at an apartment at soho west but ended up in soho south at 16th and walnut.  the quaff was one of my fave spots to go (of course then anton's opened across the street and I fell in love with it).  downtown kc was a really neat place to live, I miss it.

on my wedding day my groomsmen and I went golfing and then ended up at the peanut near the plaza (I think it's the original) for lunch.  the bartenders were complete dicks who took our orders by yelling across the place from behind the bar.  then they found out it was my wedding day and made fun of me and then gave me a shot of whiskey.  the peanut is great, just great.

I lived in the same building back when it was new.

Mrs KCFD works across the street from the sundry. We meet there for lunch at least once a week. Delish.

Do any of you like Manhattans? If so, go to Majestic and ask for Sean to make you one. He's awesome. His drinks have been featured in publications many times.
