They are prob rebuilding as a new McD's.  There was one near my work that did the same thing.  Blew me away.  I would think they could find a way to renovate the thing while still slinging diabetes, but no.  Closed and the building was leveled with in like three days and the site was rebuilt and back up in about 3 months.

The roadhouse in roadhouse has a pretty bad rep, apparently.   It looked fine to me prior to Swayze's dumbass interference.   Now, waldo on the other hand....its too bad Swayze isnt with us any more.

For the most part, I agree that ppl who pay good restaurant prices for Italian food are massive dumb fucks.  Lydias is really good, though.
