I have a pretty hilarious KC ren fest story, but I can't tell it on here because there are people whose opinions about me I care about present.

Hit up a couple of haunted houses for the first time ever on Saturday night.  Not bad.  If you go definitely spring for the VIP tickets, it will greatly reduce your time standing in line.

kansas city is bitb in the history of the world at stepping on its own dick

https://twitter.com/orangutanagram/status/1440363695708672008?s=19

I don't understand why this is a bad thing.  No city looks like it did at the turn of the 20th century, nor should it.

cities don't usually choose to Dresden their own downtowns to quite the extent kc has. you really don't understand why building a highway (or four in kc's case) directly through neighborhoods is bad for the neighborhoods?

IMO interstate type highways around, and especially cutting through cities, will be looked back on as one of the great blights on American history.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Well, and given that it was often used to destroy minority sections of town, it really was/is a devastating things to the city.

I actually think more about actually how nice Manhattan is to not have the interstate running through it, but rather just being south of town. It has lead to some inconvenience but practically it has allowed Manhattan to stay intact.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Pretty cool.  Should get the streetcar to stretch the riverfront expansion to the casino with this move I'd think.

Oh my God! Unreal, this is great I've been worried about the future of women's professional soccer in KC, not worried anymore.

How are they going to generate enough revenue to back such a structure? I don't even have a clue where they play now or when they play or if they're even any good. Hope they aren't stealing the Royals future space.

It's all private funding, so we don't really have to worry about that, thankfully.  I'm not a fan and likely won't go to games, but I am super glad that this is happening. I think everyone wins.

i’d like to say this is a proof of concept for the downtown stad but it really isn’t one, just our woman’s ownership group letting their nuts and labia hang.  this is a big deal.

I'm sure it will be a pretty popular venue for concerts and stuff too.

Yes, definitely huge impressive labia here.  Like Miller Park roof size labia.
