I do need to step my game up anyway. I need to learn how to make videos since MS Paint is kind of out of vogue now.

Or idk maybe I can do some emaw-related maps in Arc10. Will brainstorm.

I usually just ignore skinny Benny posts and now it looks too large to catch up on, though.

it's 12 pages

Anyone here call this thing a "miller?"

Adorable k_m story alert!!
My 30 year old parents had put us kids to bed and were out on the deck conversing with their friends.  All of a sudden they heard me screaming, "KILLER!  HELP, IT'S A KILLER!!"  They ran inside and upstairs, and apparently there was a moth on the ceiling that I was deathly afraid of, and also thought it was called a killer instead of a miller.  :D

I like the ones where Russia is depicted as a big scary octopus.

A lot of maps depict russia as a bear, but I like octopus russia way more.

seems like the bar is set kinda high here - maybe blow everyone off for six months and then surprise-attack with a map 42?

I have plans for something completely unrelated to my current thread but it's going to take a while.

I haven't read the thread for a while, but if you like maps and linguistics, you should definitely spend 3-4 hours here:

http://aschmann.net/AmEng/

It's hard to read, but once you get the hang of it, you'll never want to leave. It's just a dude who loves maps and linguistics who watches a ton of youtube vids and does a bunch of research.
