I would dedicate all of my time to learning how to whistle really super loudly with my fingers.  I've always wanted to be able to do this.

For the other 11 months I would work on my tan at the beach...maybe my golf game on Sundays.

oh so youre just naturally gifted at handball and are going to play at the olympics in 2016? doubt it
crap. I forgot all about this and haven't been training properly.

We have plenty of time 8mp.  I'm thinking we start practicing in like late May of 2016.  By that July we'll be handball masters.

Oh and don't worry about ksc, he's just not naturally gifted at anything at all so he likes to belittle everyone else's dreams in hopes that they don't actually win multiple gold medals in sports they just started playing and subsequently leave him behind.
"If i worked for the NY times, and my boss told me 'hey. if you keep ranking ksu so high, we may fire you' i would tell my boss to 'bring it on.'"  -FFF

Side note: I've competed against 3 or 4 people in the last month that have a pretty solid chance of repping the USA in the '16 games.

Not passing out at the sight of (human) blood and crap like Kevin Ware's leg and the Boston marathon no legs guy.  Might as well throw in high g-force airplane maneuvers.

That ability comes from just spending too much time on disgusting websites, it's not hard to pick up.  Don't waste your special year on it.

I think I would split my time between learning to be a pilates or yoga instructor and sailing. The meditation one sounds good, too. Maybe I'd split it three ways.

So even though you don't have a whole year off, why don't you guys just start doing the thing you want to do in your spare time? Some of them might not be possible, but several of the things listed are very possible to do as a hobby.
