Couldn't you make a pretty solid case that this remuneration is for the value and utility he has due to Rob's publicity, reputation, and fame?

The Stanford site also limits an actual limit on the amount a person can earn in a semester (which seemed really low, $2k per semester?) i don't know if that Tree U regs or the NCAA... if there as any limit, i'm sure market compensation for appearing on TV would vastly exceed it. But i think its a non-issue, any of his brothers could just take his share and embezzle it.
