Redshirt junior. Why do you think from that tweet that he's leaving?

I didn't see anything in that tweet that suggested he is leaving. However, I'll need someone with more TransferIQ than me, but since he has graduated I believe he can transfer to another school without losing any eligibility if he finds one that has a grad program that KSU doesn't or something like that.  I also think he is transferring because why in the world would anyone want to play behind the coach's son in his Senior year?  Call me crazy, but I'd say we lose baby Gronk.

You are correct that he is free to go pretty much anywhere and be immediately eligible. Frankly he should leave as I'm quite sure he's interested in showcasing his talents for the scouts.

Where else can you showcase your full backing skills?

Any sort of pro-style offense. I bet he goes to Stanford then we have to play against him. :ohno:

I refuse to believe you're dumb enough to think he would even consider going to Navy.

If he or anyone else wanted to go to the Naval Academy they do it from the get go and not transfer in as a senior. That is so idiotic.

Didn't Richt run a pro style offense at Georgia?  Maybe he could go to Miami.

Would be very ironic if Gronk left because of Dimel.

Was thinking the same thing. Winston was like a freshman or sophomore when Glenn committed. I wonder what Glenn's phone convos to Rob are about this.

Also for people asking who features a full back, every pro style team in America does. Getting carries isn't as important as getting blocking opportunities and Win has been given nearly all of those.

The Gronk family uses every opportunity they can to say that Glenn is the best athlete of the family, I wonder if he's looking for a position change to tight end.

I think TE would be a very natural transition for him.  He got all the qualities needed for the position.  He's tall, strong, blocks well, and can catch a ball.  Also, the most favorite talent I admire is the yards he can get after he catches the ball!
Hot time in Kat town tonight.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, he has had more rushing attempts this year then he has in his first two years combined plus its not like he was some absolute stud in the pass game... His best year was his freshman season when he had a total of 194 yards receiving.

I would hope he had more rushes, he had a total of seven going into this season. It took Winston fewer than one game to surpass Gronk's career total, not sure what that has to do with anything though. His limited effectiveness in catching the ball has nothing to do with him unless you want him to call the plays and then throw it to himself. When they have called on him to catch the ball, he's done just that.

Your zeal isnt unnoticed. He's one of the best playmakers on the team now. But that isn't an endorsement for him rather an indictment on the coaching staff

He'd be way under sized as an NFL tight end
