Agreed.  Ever.  This is just BigBlade trying to Hallmark us all into supporting their biz.  I mean, you can swing just about anything hard and cut grass.  You can't convince me that spinning metal has to be sharp to do this.

Last lawnmower I had, I got for free from Craigslist and he sharpened the blade for me before I came to pick it up. Maybe try that sd?

Plus I used mine in the greater Omaha metropolitan area, so you know it works, who even knows if battery trimmers work in Nebraska?

once you get a kid that goes out and plays, you're probably going to find that you garage door gets left open quite and bit. that means leaves, etc all over. that blower will end up getting used some i bet.

Also, blowing off the driveway/sidewalk/patio is perfect way to enjoy your post-mowing cool down Miller Lite.

All the gas trimmers I have used vibrate like crazy to the point that after using them for an extended period, my hands feel numb'ish.

Also super loud.  Like, loud as balls and stuff.

Also, CNSWife saw some d00d in our town using his leaf blower to dry off the dog after a bath.  Said the dog was loving it.  You should get a dog and a leaf blower.

This is the one I have, it's 2 stroke and I've always been able to get it to start with 3-4 pulls, also it's super light and doesn't vibrate. Only potential complication is that it runs on a gas/oil mix so you would have to buy another gas can. I also used it for my high school lawn mowing business and it worked great for that too.

I also own this bad boy (father's day present):
 http://m.weedeater.com/us/products/blowers/gas/fb25/

It's super loud, but I've never had issues with it, and it's good for blowing off all the little grass particles you get on you after you mow and trim. Or if you have a long flowing mane, blow your hair a lil bit and let the neighbor ladies drool :gocho:

pushups/situps before you mow - yes

Definite key here. The pre-mow pump workout is very important, especially if you're going to be shirtless, which I know you will be.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Loud, smelly, vibration, possibility of having to mix oil and gas, hands smell like gas, etc. I'm actually surprised I bought a gas mower.
