I mean, it's a drink or two, but sure. I don't see how that's different than any other company that takes their employees to happy hours.

Our break room currently has a box of candy bars with an envelope taped to the front.. I think it's like one of those kids fundraiser things and you can donate if you want or something. I've had like 3 or 4 already and I guess I'll throw in a dollar before I leave for the day if I can find one.

My office has a similar bonanza of free food whenever big groups are brought in for training/meetings/whatever and lunch is catered in. Any leftovers are brought over to the breakroom and people can have at it. Sometimes it's only pizza or party subs but other times it's BBQ. I've scavenged many fine dinners this way.
