But everyone's sick (infected) all the time. Its dormant in everyone's system.  Why isn't everyone just fevering up and keeling over all the time?

Why doesn't everyone who has had chickenpox have shingles?

Exactly!  If its a dormant infection why does only a bite trigger it?  Why doesn't a gunshot wound or getting sick with whatever was going around the prison trigger a zombie fever death?

Confirmed that they are going to make their way to D.C. was the only plot movement I got out of the episode.

I think it showed a lot of them have lost hope and are accepting that the world is what it is and that they shouldn't expect anything else from it.  Glen and Rick's conversation basically said that shitty stuff is going to happen and it isn't shitty, it just is what happens and that they own that now.

Tyreese(sp) dying is the last purely positive person dying.  They just got out of their own way to make this second half of the season dark.

I agree. They no longer have a character that is going to preach about "staying human" and "not losing who you are" which should open it up to some gruesome decision making. The basic formula of the show so far is bringing on a new person to fill that role after the last one has died ie. after Dale died we got Hershel, after Hershel died Tyreese filled that void. So either expect a replacement (possibly Father Gabriel?) or the show is finally breaking the mold on this one.

I think the Father Gabriel guy is shady and is going to do something really bad at some point.

when michonne walked through that open part of the wall and all those bodies were cut in half, what was that. They showed the wall and it had stripes missing like something was spinning and cutting stuff. The first thing I thought was that tank thing from wild Wild West.

I was confused by that at first too, but I think maybe it was supposed to be a trap? They removed their arms and legs and then tossed all the torsos into the back of a truck. Those were the random torsos that popped out when they ran into that truck towards the end of the episode. I think the marks on the wall were just to show that they died because of other humans, not because of walkers. . .thus signifying that they can never be safe anywhere.

The first thing I thought of was a helicopter honestly. Maybe people in Washington have their crap together and are more advanced than Rick and company???

Maybe they are wrong on the infection part. Maybe it is classic zombie theory where hell has filled up and the dead walk among the living b/c souls n' crap?

Looks like someone creating some post-apocalyptic land mines, but got wrecked on the way out.

It is obvious, but the torso and head only zombos are intentional and most likely the calling card of the next bad guy.

Wasn't there something written on the walls - "Wolves not far" or "Wolves are here"?

Yep.  I bet the wolves are ppl, not actual wolves.  I mean, actual wolves don't chop off limbs, load torsos and heads in to a truck, then drive that truck into a car collision.

Just a feeling, anyway.

So I'm thinking the guy at the end of last night's episode has a connection with Morgan.  How else does he know who Rick is?

Welp, Sasha pretty much wasted those wolves, dogs, etc. Next plot line please!

I felt pretty meh about this episode as there really wasn't anything going on except they're hungry...

The struggle.  Why fight?  What are they fighting for?  Why keep faith?  etc.  But I agree still pretty meh.
