I feelt like these two lads would immediately attempt a hug (since they couldn't reach each other due it would be more of a belly bump). The reason for the immediate embrace in that both share one commonality: they haven't seen their penis in decades. After the hilarious fat man hug, they would lock eyes and nod their heads in acknowledgement that another knows what it is like to simply have faith that you have a penis and that when you pee you are pissing in a toilet/urinal and not on the floor or on some dude's loafers.
