Well, yea, I mean hosting a regional would have been a reasonable expectation. Maybe we'll win out though.

I won't meltdown until we start getting our asses kicked in B12 play. These west coast teams are good.

As a lifelong Cats fan it's hard for me to not be an eternal optimist when it comes all things K-State. I believe that things are going to work out. I was on #team9and4. After our 2-3 start I still thought the basketball team would be competitive. Things will be ok this year for the Boozecats.

A little perspective... Last year we didn't exactly come out of the gates firing on all cylinders. We were 10-7 at one point, with few quality wins and embarrassing losses (3-0 to No. Colo and 13-2 to WV).

0-5 sucks, but it's not the end of the world. The schedule eases up quite a bit when we get home next weekend. Not worried...that much...yet.

The season is going to change drastically around 2:30 pm on Friday, February 28th.
