The next two starters we're facing at Cal Poly are ~~true freshman~~ underclassmen, tonight's pitcher is a true freshman, the other is a sophomore. If we can get our bats going, we can salvage this series.

Good god I know it is early in the season but KSU has 1 run on 2 hits & Cal Poly has 3 runs on 8 hits. Cal Poly probably has some good pitching, but come on Booze/Bat Cats. If KSU wants to make it to Omaha they have to learn to hit good pitching.
