I was there recently. Tried several different meats, and all were delicious. However, be warned:

I'm pretty sure that kck has a bonito michuacan.  Carnicerias should be on the list.

The menu tv's are pretty great compared to the old plastic things they had in the past. FREE REFILLS AT THE NEW LOCATION AS WELL!!!!

Bo mi in Olathe is excellent but always packed.   Asada tongue barbacoa are all really good.   Have Been enjoying tortas lately
