If we finish with the same record as KU, and our two records are the best in the Big 12, then we're calling it a championship.

Well yeah, because that's what the Big 12 would call it.

“It’s whatever the conference rules are; that’s what you go by."

Since it is a true round robin now are there still split championships, or have they gone to some ridiculous tie breaker scenarios to get one true champion?

Given how K-State inexplicable "tied" with OU w/o any sort of tie breaker in football I'd reckon on the there is no tie breaker give out two trophies side of that  :dubious:. However, I have no concrete claim to either refute or back that out, just an educated guess.

I would say you're correct.  KU shared championships with OU and UT a couple of times even though we lost to them in the regular season.

Just curious, what are our two losses? @Baylor @OSU?

I don't think last night makes KU flawless all of the sudden.

Yes to our two losses.

Re: KU, I don't think they're flawless. I just think other teams are flawed more. They could easily lose in Stillwater and/or Ames.

Anyone who thinks there is a right/wrong answer to this prediction question at this point in time is a goddamned moron. :gocho:

i'm not expecting kabongo to have any real impact on UT, am i crazy? if the consensus is that i'm crazy, then i'll back off of my assertion.

they just seemed to be lacking a lot more than what myck can provide.

losing Holmes was bigger than getting Kabongo back - I like the Angel v Kabongo matchup more than Holmes having a good game vs our under sized 4s.  Texas' bigs are laughable.

i know - ISU gets too much credit, just thought it was funny that UT came out and won their next game after my prognostication.  in an upset.

If Big 12 games were 39 minutes long, you guys would be 9-2 and in first place.   Too bad they are 40 (and sometimes more)
