As a lefty it would be uncomfortable to wear a watch on the left wrist. Just sounds not fun to have my wrist clang each time i picked up my hand writing. I dont wear a watch now btw but when I did it was on my right wrist not left.

It's a practical matter for most people to wear their wristwatch on their non-dominant hand. I was making a joke that requires you to know the etymology of the word sinister.
