Father God, as I open my heart up to You today, I am heavy-hearted for our Vice President. He is definitely in the "valley of decision" right now. As we edge our ways up to January 6th and the votes being counted in Congress, we know that our Vice President has a heavy responsibility as well as an important opportunity to make things right. Many are saying, Father, that our Vice President does not have the courage to make and follow through with this difficult task. However, Lord, I think otherwise, for Mike Pence is Your loving servant....A godly man who follows You closely. So impart Your wisdom and Your strength to our Vice President today and every day leading up to January 6th. And, Father God, on that day...January 6th....show Your Mighty Power and Strength in and through him as he stands before Congress and as America and the whole world watches on. Bring Your Truth and Your Light to that place...those halls of Congress... where so much evil and darkness has been residing and presiding for so very long. Speak that Truth and shine that Light through our Vice President. Help him not to be afraid, Father God....Make Your Presence known to him and help him to be courageous, bold, forthcoming, and steadfast! You, O God, have chosen and placed him in this position for this very moment...for such a time as this! I ask that You would position Your Mightiest Angels around Vice President Pence right now and especially on January 6th. May they fight for him and put a hedge of unpenetrable protection around him as he stands for what is right! We look up to You now, O Mighty God....We ask for Your loving arms to be around President Trump. Oh, Father God, hold him close....encourage him...uplift him....uphold him....strengthen him....visit him and reveal Yourself to him. Protect him and his family...Protect Vice President Pence and his family. Father, You alone are our God....You alone are our Hope.....You alone are our Help....You alone are our Deliverer. We look only to You now, O Sovereign Lord, for You are the One we serve. I love You, Father God....I worship You from the deepest place in my heart today....and I praise You....I thank You for ALL that You are doing, both that is seen and unseen right now. Our hearts are bent toward You....and our gaze is fixed upon You, O God, our Strength and our Redeemer! In Jesus' Mighty Name I pray all these things....for Your Glory alone, Amen!
