The Oklahoma women's thing is a combo of rural poors, piss poor education, and an effort for stiffening the sentencing guidelines in hopes of reducing crime.

Also, I like the New Hampshire worst at corporate taxes. I'm not trying to make a statement on corporate taxes, but they've found a niche to entice corporations to incorporate in NH to increase their tax revenue through volume of companies that have nothing but a 1,000 sqft office in a strip mall.

Rural OK is full of poor, dead towns. It has a lot of towns that people moved to during the oil boom, then when the boom busted the labors were left with no jobs. There are dirt poor, half-abandoned towns all over with a small agriculture based barely keeping them alive. The level of poverty in those towns and their tie to the incarceration rate are discussed all the time down here as a crisis. I'm not really sure what your so pissed about, unless your just pissed at the gE staple term "poors".
