I’m all for using appropriate terminology for stuff, but stuff like “accessible” is too confusing to catch on. It’s like the equivalent of leaving out the adjective all together and just winking or putting an asterisk next to the word.

Yeah, but this is what happens. As people begin to take offense to the current term, new terms take hold, and the previous becomes anathema.
