you'd be surprised how often you see ball handling and lack of vision preventing college teams from taking advantage of offensive opportunities. not just at the end of games, but all game long. it's something a kstate fan isn't used to seeing, because it doesn't happen with art on the floor.

Perfect example of why you let your guys play it out and not call a TO. Even the best screw up at times. Bet Izzo wishes he wouldn't have called that TO. If you look at the replay they had a guy 1 on 1 with 4 defenders trailing. Good chance to get to the glass and get a great shot since they don't want to foul.

Instead, he called a TO. Defense gets to setup, Izzo sends out 3 bigs that stand at the 3 point line which Michigan sags off for potential backpicks and Michigan covers the only scorers and MSU gets no shot to end it.

I didn't get to see the end of the MSU@UM game but if they above is accurate, it is pretty funny because Gottlieb had some pointed (for a network tv halftime show at least) comments about Izzo over coaching the end of the 1st half.

I would much rather have Cory Jefferson on a college basketball team than Isaiah Austin. I may only think that because Austin's overly hyped, but Jefferson will be on the Big 12 All Defense Team.

Valid point. The difference may be that TCU is not psychologically broken when it comes to playing KU like Baylor is.

Lack of intrinsic values. Accepted losing. Wasn't tough enough. Didn't expect to win.

I still don't know how KU lost that game. Its one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen, especially seeing how KU has played since.
