What in the world would widened concourses accomplish?  It is a pretty rare occasion where it takes more than 5 minutes to get out after the game due to concourse congestion.

agreed, hopefully wider concourses will lead to the AD putting in a Capital Grille concession stand next to the French Laundry concession stand.

Burn it down.

Clone, one question I have is at Hilton Magic do you serve the "Walking Tacos" out of all your regular concession stands or is there a specific Walking Taco only stand?

Guys we just need like $52 million.  Put me down for $12.00 right now to get this moving.   Maybe a kickstarter campaign?

expansion isn't neccessary, per se.  But, faceleift is.  Is Bram functional?  yes.  Is it nice?  no.  If you don't think having "nice" facilities is important, this thread probably isn't for you.  Replicate the West Side interior finishes in the Bramlage concourses.  terrazo floors, limestone walls, unpgraded lighting, eliminate drop ceiling, new concessions, flat screen tvs, etc., etc., etc.  give me some donor lounges overlooking the arena.

I thought the reason the practice training facility didn't actually connect to Bram is so that it didn't qualify as an addition and thus require Bram be brought up to current codes because just doing that would be huge before the cost of the add on facility or proposed changes to other stuff?  iirc, there was a pretty large price tag on just the code issues.

That is correct.

incorrect, according to A+ source the connecting tunnel would have been millions$.

I'm pretty sure that's what he said, and I confirmed. The cost was that high because of the code ramifications to Bram, not just because of the tunnel itself. Due to codes the tunnel would have then fallen under, it would have had to be partially buried underground or something--I don't recall the details.

a point of clarification- tunnels are always buried underground, hence the reason they're called, tunnels.

A hallway would be a tunnel within a building. Maybe an AGT (above gound tunnel) is really just a long skinny building? Stuff like this makes my brain hurt.

Heated/air conditioned walking tunnel leading from the Union all the way to Bramlage. Over time, install light rail.
