Like clams says tho, they get what they want. They also have tons of things going on all the time. About a third of my company's total business is on campus, so the steady work is a fair tradeoff for indecisiveness.

I think K-State is getting better, at least on the athletic side because you've got an AD who understands who much it costs to build and to buy big ticket items.
