Kansas State QB Collin Klein will throw at the NFL Combine.

Klein has been working with Jake Plummer in preparation for the event, but his motion and placement needs plenty of work. The Heisman trophy finalist did not help himself during the East-West Shrine week and a position switch could be in his future.

Lance Zierlein of the Sideline View believes Kansas State WR Chris Harper fits what the Texans are looking for after the second-round.

Harper is a bigger target but is expected to run quite well in Indy. The Kansas State receiver profiles similarly to Anquan Boldin, winning with strong hands, but which version of Boldin will be the question.

Kansas State QB Collin Klein will participate in tight end drills at the NFL Scouting Combine.

At least one team wanted to see Klein work with the tight ends. Klein is smart to oblige because no teams believe he's an NFL quarterback and he's sporting a barely-draftable grade. Off topic, Klein's weigh-in was 6-foot-5, 226.

Stupid. He should just pull a Tim Tebow and decline to play any other position. Just so that whatever team he goes to there is tons of drama.

Probably hoping to pull a Joe Webb, get drafted as something else, but still somehow ends up the backup QB (that runs a shitload of option).

As a Vikings fan, I wish like hell they'd move Webb to WR. Dude is big and runs a 4.4 forty. Also, he is a terrible QB.

Kansas State QB Collin Klein will not work out at TE at the Combine despite teams requesting he do so.

Klein will throw just like the other attending quarterbacks. This might signal the inevitable position switch in Klein's future, but he has prepared for the event as a passer and will finish it as one.

The agent for Kansas State QB Collin Klein shot down a report that Klein will perform tight end drills at the Combine.

Teams wanted to look at 6-foot-5, 226-pound Klein as a pass catcher, but he didn't prepare for receiver workouts and will participate as a quarterback. "I want to pursue every door that I possibly can at quarterback," Klein said. "Until everyone one of those are closed, I’m not considering anything else."

Klein would suck as a tight end.

According to NFL Draft insider Tony Pauline, "concerns are being raised" at the Combine about Kansas State LB Arthur Brown's shoulder.

The shoulder injury forced Brown out of last month's Senior Bowl. It appears MRIs in Indy have revealed a concerning injury. Brown has second-round tape, but it remains to be seen whether his medical will allow for that high a grade.

Collin Klein's two 40 times: 4.81, 4.78

so there are a lot of offensive lineman running better times than Collin

Cobi Hamilton (4.47 unofficial) and Chris Harper (4.57 unofficial) not quite as fast as I expected in 40-yard dash. #NFLCombine

will make it easier to mush DBs who try and play him physically. I'm going to miss that soooo much.
