If Klein gets drafted then whoever drafts him is a dumbass.

I think CK is the kind of QB that can come in mid 3rd quarter with a TD lead and not give it away.  I don't think he can come in down a TD or two and come back.

Klein would get rocked by NFL defenses as a QB.

I don't see him making it at any position.  He was very pedestrian at WR when he played that spot his sophomore year.  He was a pretty good blocker and that was about it.  He's got about the same chance of making it in the NFL as a WR as Torrell Miller does.

UFA to Broncos.  Eventually landing at backup TE, and the "Oh crap the pucker factor just skyrocketed", 4th string QB.

I think Nigel gets drafted sometime on Day 3 (rounds 4-7).  I think he could be useful for an NFL team, expescially in zone packages.

Klein could just go work for Ernst and Young or Deloitte for a few years and then be a high school coach or something

AB gone by the end of the 2nd round, Harper gone by end of 3rd, Meshak gone by end of 6th.

Malone, Chapman and Tannahill all end up on rosters too.  No roster for Klein.

Will be an amazing year for EMAW!

im just speculating here and maybe im thinking with my heart but i think klein gets drafted late 6th, with the dual threat qb the new thing in the nfl it would be hard not to draft a guy that put up the numbers he did. he will at least be a fa sign

He has no position in the NFL.  Not QB, not TE, not WR.  Maybe he'll stick around as a grad assistant coach and team minister? : )

If 2ys can make an NFL roster, no reason why Malone can't

There are lots of marginal college players that could make NFL rosters if they put on the kind of muscle 2ys did after college. Dude is jacked now.

2ys is also very smart/works hard/wes welker type. Say what you want, but teams are going to be more willing to keep that guy around than someone who isn't like that.

Very similar players.   If getting huge on roids let Cooper play several years in the NFL,  maybe 2Y can too.

I don't see Klein being drafted or ever playing a down in a non exhibition NFL game. And I love the guy.

I expect his measurables to be good enough for someone to take a chance on him late.   Not to take a chance on his ability as a QB but a chance that they could talk him into playing TE and special teams.   (And the previously mentioned emergency QB.)

I have no idea why we are comparing these two. Nigel Malone has the talent to get drafted. 2ys didn't...

Not comparing Nigel to 2ys. Merely pointing out why he's still on an NFL roster/getting playing time.

what do we think of Nigel's odds?

he has great ball skills, he will go somewhere from 4-6 depending on his combine/pro day. IMO of course

Nigel gets drafted, no doubt in my mind.

At least at QB, if nobody in the NFL wants Tebow then nobody wants Klein.

Unless Nigel runs like a 4.6, he'll get drafted.   Dude seems like he has a quick first step,  I could see him running a solid 40 and climbing the board bit.
