Lunardi is so overrated.   He has Mizzou at 30 and OU at 40.      Both teams are 11-6 in conf and B12 is better.    OU has a better RPI and SOS.   They both have a big win (KU and Fla).   Mizzou is 2-7 on road and 5-8 away from home court.  Their 2 road wins are teams above 200 rpi.    OU is 4-6 on road and 8-7 away from home.   FYI, I would have both as 9 seeds right now.  If i ranked them i would have OU at 33 Mizz 35



i think the Cats are still ahead of Ohio St, but it is close.   Cats need 2 more wins and our chances at the 3 seed are really good IMO.

Yeah, i think it is gonna take 3 wins to have serious 2 seed talk.  LIke always, it is gonna depend on what these other teams ahead of us are doing the next week and a half.

I mean, our path to the Sweet 16 looks good, but seriously, dropped to a 4 seed? TCU must be a deathblow to RPI. Also do not like the other side of the bracket w/ the U and Lonely Bird. I feel we're closer at this point in time to a 2 seed than a 4 seed....

Dumber than us dropping to a 4 is Minnesota jumping up 2 spots. They just lost to rough ridin' Nebraska.

I was shocked that you all dropped to a 4 seed as well.  I couldn't really figure out why it happened.

If we win tommorrow, we will be on the 3 seed line.   if we lose then we likely drop back to a 4 for the time being (and then we will have to go play in the P66 finals and get back on the 3 seed line.)   Let's win tommorrow and then the serious 2 seed talk can start. 


Of the top 4 seeds that Lunardi came out with today, i still believe we should be a 3 and tOSU should be a 4.   I dont feel UNLV is 4 seed stuff yet.   I would either have OK St or the AZ as the last 4 seed with the other being the strongest 5.

Minn and the Breads are both 8-9 in conf.    If u cant be .500 in conf play, then you dont deserve to be a top 8 seed.    Uconn went 9-10 the B East (reg season/tourney)last season and they got a 9 seed because their SOS and good wins were of quality.   It is gonna be a hard game (at Ohio St) for the Breads to get back to .500 in conf.   Meening that ILL is likely gonna be a 10 seed or 11 entering Big 10 tourney

For a 3 we have to win at least 2 in KC. Beating OSU a 2nd time would be good. It wouldn't shock me to see Baylor beat OSU though.

Yep that is what i thought before the game in Stillwater...... that if we lost we would need 2 wins and to get to the P66 finals .   We need teams like Ohio St, Marquette and maybe even N Mexico to struggle in their conf tourneys.  That would help anyway.
