I almost bought some of the architecture and technic sets a while back.  I think putting them together would be good stress therapy.

Lego sets and puzzles are very relaxing and centering. Like, you can be all stressed out and then you put that thing together and it chills you TF out. Also drugs does this.

Steve dave, what if I told you both legos and drugs were in my chill zone last night?

When I was in grade school my mom donated all my legos to some poor family  :bawl:

When I was a kid my dad sold my NES to my neighbor.  :curse:
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

A couple months ago my kids and I made a stop-motion video with legos.  It took like 4 hours and then was 5 seconds long.  It was very bad.

Picked this up at the toy show over Presidents Day weekend.   Put it together today.  Great therapy for 4 hours.

Yeah it's easy to rack up a large bill. The lunar lander and iss ones are two of my favorites.

There are a lot of custom lighted displays and stuff on Amazon if you're interested in that.

I buy lego sets near retirement and hold them for 12-18 months then sell them for lots of profit

Lil SB is obsessed with Winnie the Pooh and also Legos so naturally I am a superdad and spent a pretty penny on the Lego 100-acre Wood. And my goodness the whole thing from beginning to end was heartwarming.

I don't have that creative part of the brain but admire those that do. I have to follow the instructions step by step or my kids lego sets are jacked. I almost inevitably mess up or there are lost pieces and I end up in a fit of rage and have to basically start over because my stupid brain can't just look at it and figure it out. I am jealous of those that find this stuff relaxing.

Same for me. My kids can assemble complicated sets effortlessly.
