Let the hairsplitting begin... if you use the 247 composite rankings, oscar has recruited exactly one 4-star recruit in his tenure at K-State and that guy transferred (Malek Harris).

If we count the current class, oscar has now recruited two 4-star recruits in his tenure (Nigel Pack being the other).

Nobody uses 247, but you’re right, I forgot about that dude. Frank lost Bennet and Wally. Acting like oscar scares away talent other than pot head Foster who he clowned in the tourney, is just silly and dumbassery.

oscar's retention rate for his signees isn't great (meaning the players he signs exhausting their eligibility at K-State). In fact, he has never signed a class where every player in that class ended their careers at K-State. That Foster class is a good example - only Westicles finished at K-State (Foster, Johnson, Thomas all transferred). But, is that rate much better/worse than most schools? It seems worse to me, but, it would take a fair bit of time to compare/contrast to know for sure.

Coaches wiff on recruits all the time and players transfer out because of it. It’s not a oscar Weber thing, it’s a college basketball these days kind of thing. We all know it too, but blaming everything on oscar is much easier for some people with lower basketball IQ’s (not you).

lol at acting like Frank lost talent and using Bennett and Wally as your examples. Carti, Angel, and Foster are all better than anybody Frank ran off.

He was our most valuable player to transfer under Frank. I would probably put him in the Carti range talentwise though and not on the level as Foster or Angel. The part that sucked with Dom was that he could've been a great role player on a team with a lot of promise.

lol @ you trying to make Frank out to be that monster when oscar has actually run off everyone twice. That's the joke. Nobody thinks that oscar is a monster. Nobody really cares, which is part of the problem.
