It would be an incredible opportunity for Rhoads. He would have had this year's Iowa State team in the Rose Bowl if they played in the Big 10.

I don't want Colin to be our coach. This is going to sound bad (and keep in mind I love him) but I don't think he's super smart. And that's not because of religion or anything stupid like that. I think he learns very well and takes direction better than anyone but that's not the same as intelligent.

So, Yost is going to be our next coach right?  I mean, Gundy can't hold on to OC's, they keep geting HC jobs and this guy did a great OC job at MU until this year.  Give Yost the avg amt of OC time at OSU and it will time out with Bill being ready to go in 2 yrs or so.

Would probably be ok with this.

I don't foresee people like Jack Vanier giving the OK to a dude like Yost

Would be an incred oppy for ISU fans.  They think they love him, but next thing they know, the may actually pick up a 4th conf win....

Iowa State having to make a hire in this crazy coaching carousel is a nightmare for those fans. Just a nightmare.

I think Rhoads is pretty overrated by them, but who else are they going to hire?

I don't agree. There are different kinds of smart and I think he is the ocd numbers and details weirdo kind of smart. I don't really see him as a coach though.

You are bad people. CK7 excels at everything he does. If he decides he wants to be a coach, he will dominate.

Pretty much 50% of the OC's from any BCS school would give them an ok shot to do better than Paul.

How many coaches do you suppose have been concussed during their playing careers?

Guys, I also love Klein, but I don't want any new coach having had sketti brains.  Would rather a guy that sat the bench or was just too fast to ever get hit that hard.  Something.

But don't want a Pelini type pissing his pants and turning into fits of rage due to large quantities of stress flipping some sketti switch in his sketti brains and making quarterbacks not want to come to our school and Wiscy beating the hell out of us in front of god and everyone.

Now that I think about it, Klein had a very difficult time learning the playbook. It's why Carson started over him during Klein's sophomore year. Probably should have played Sams this year but Klein's just a freak athlete and it's hard not to want him on the field to make some plays. Tough to see him coaching.

Jakesie, I don't want Carsy Completion % as our coach either, if that is where you are going with this.
