Guys, I am genuinely concerned that this will be difficult to enjoy if we find out that he Te'o made all of this crap up because he's gay, bad at dealing with societal pressures, and not clever enough to quell a lie dust devil before it becomes a lie haboob.

no it is plausible. one possible explanation that would explain motive to not feel pressure of hitting on girls at ND. also the way he talks and mannerisms would not surprise me as being that of a homosexual.

he had to kill her somehow. and her funeral had to be on a gameday. and a car accident couldn't do it because there would be records and crap.

The human drama of this is just simply amazing.

1.) Te'o - definitely a liar but just a self promotionalist or closeted homosexual?

2.) Notre Dame - will never, EVER, admit they did anything wrong. The rapes on campus, sending a young man up a scissor lift to film practices when he knew he was going to die (then paying him and his family off to keep quiet), then let the Te'o girlfriend story persist after they knew 100% it was a lie during the NC game (obviously hoping it would go away); and/or

3.) the media - no one ever called the dead girl's family. SI ran a fawn piece over this "relationship" without even trying to call the dead girl's family, or even seeing if the girl ever existed.
