pretty sure hiring someone they just fired will always be their trump card.
A lot of ADs are so stupid they will fire a coach for performance issues and then go hire a worse coach.

He was a crap hire and a terrible coach, WAY OVER RATED fell bad for Illinois. Not their fault, Illinois is not a good job has really high expectatoins and doesn't the greatest of resources because everybody and the mother recruits chi town.

Last winter, before chicken nuggets's collapse, I essentially said that Illinois is not a top tier program and several posters shitted multiple kittens.

i remember you saying that k-state was equally as good a program as illinois and bmw getting pissed.

that's not what I said, I said the jobs were similar and he wasn't the only one mad

Sounds like you were wrong, John Currie proved that we were worse than Illinois

you would be right if currie was synonymous with kansas state.  they are not synonymous.
