Just talked to a friend that is a player on the team and he said Arthur Brown is in MHK and taking part in workouts.

No, Arthur is the only Brown brother working with the team right now. My post was just saying that our new conference, "MWC", will never be able to match-up with the SEC.

I wouldnt worry about losing  recruits/players until after this conference thing shakes out.  Many schools are unsure what conference they will be in later or what schools will be in the conference they are currently in.  Now, if we end up in some sorry ass Big 12 with a bunch of scrub schools, worry.
