Here is what we were just told. Arthur is indeed here, but the reason everything has been so quiet on Bryce is he's still awaiting his release from Tennessee. It's expected soon and then he too will make it official.

It is Fitz, but then again I'd rather hear it from him than some guy who knows a guy who's girlfriend gets railed by football players

Bryce has not met with coaches at this time. He did workout with the team this morning and got mixed reaction from other players.
