the fact that while at new england bishop taught tom brady everything he knows, often goes overlooked. the reality is brady was riding the pine behind bishop while bishop tutored his apprentice (brady).  bishop, realizing he could make more money in the canadian league (no taxes, etc), stepped aside and made it possible for brady to become a serviceable nfl journeyman.
Just waiting on Bishop. What a fantastic human being.

Not many 'Cats (not named Arthur Brown) have put their mark on a team the way ol' #7 did.

Not this

Seriously, could we come up with some ideas for this besides the traditional....ribbon boards are coming too as stated.

Terry Pierce would definitely need to make it if he stayed for his senior year.  I still think he merits getting in.

it's pretty disgusting that our own university treats our athletes worse than the heisman voters did

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Four real (consensus) All-Americans are not on the Ring:

Chris Canty (x2 + unanimous AA)
Jeff Kelly
Bish
Jordy

Also, four guys who were not consensus AAs are already on the Ring.

The only one from before 1988 is Collin Klein's father-in-law.

The RoH needs to be very exclusive.  I don't want to be one of those loser schools retiring numbers/jerseys for every player who made a nice play at one time.  AAs only, no exceptions.

uh, Sproles was a 1st team AP All American.  I didn't say anything about consensus All American.

1st team AA or get the hell out. That being said, we should get every 1st team AA up there so we look really damn elite.

Do offensive linemen even need apply? Because some serious omissions there from everyone's list.

Quentin Neujahr (All American)
Ryan Young (not sure, but I think AA)
Barrett Brooks (All American)
Jim Hmielewski (All American)

it would really dillute the hall of fame that lists Sean Snyder as an inaugural member if we let that Heisman Runner-up in.
